This delicious sauce is incredible with fish. The crunch comes from the gherkins, capers and shallots. It has a real lemon zing with dill to pop you into seafood heaven! Our favourite way is with battered cod or scampi. Or, if you are after true comfort food have it in a Fish Finger Sandwich!
