A rich, creamy sauce with a good tangy blue cheese flavour with flecks of chive. Amazing with crispy buffalo chicken wings, your favourite steak and is also extremely good with roasted beetroot or drizzled over grilled mushrooms. It also makes a great dip with raw veg.
This sauce is made so that you can pop open the jar and serve it directly alongside whatever you choose.
